  I'm actually giving them a 2 1/2 stars (half for good service). Their service is good, their billing sucks. After my insurance paid most of my bill, I was left to pay $100. I was in a financial situation where paying the full amount wasn't possible. However, I did do an effort to pay. Sent them a payment of $50. As I was in the process to come up with the remaining balance. They sent me to collections. Not only did I have to pay the remaining balance, interest too and the stress of how I was going to get the payment to them without accumilating more interest.
